Wedding Management

Price range: $950 - $1,250

Many couples look for a day-of coordinator to help them enjoy their day, stress-free. Let your family and friends enjoy the day too! Prior to the wedding, I will meet with you to collect all event details so I can work with your vendors to finalize the day-of timeline and make sure everything runs smoothly - from the rehearsal through the reception. The services included are:

  • Email support prior to the wedding

  • Access to With This Ring wedding planning resources (budget template, planning checklist, day-of timeline, and much more!)

  • Vendor recommendations

  • Outreach to vendors to confirm final details and timeline

  • Creation of the day-of timeline

  • Final venue walk-through

  • One meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details including timeline, logistics, and vendor information

  • Supervision of the rehearsal

  • Day of the wedding:

    • Management of vendor schedule - set-up and deliveries​

    • Set-up of the ceremony and reception spaces

    • Moving decor from the ceremony to reception space

    • Management and implementation of the day-of timeline

 

Tear-Down Service

Price: $350

Allow me to assist you further by removing all your decor, centerpieces, and gifts at the end of the night. I will pack up your belongings and move them to a designated vehicle or location. Tear-down service is available as an add-on to Wedding Management services.

 

A La Carte Services

Looking for something more customized? Let's talk! I am happy to discuss a la carte services such as decor set-up and tear-down only (without day-of coordination), hourly planning consultations, and other planning assistance. I'm happy to be flexible and create a service package that suits your needs.
