Wedding Management Package

Price Range: $750 – $1,200

Many couples look for a day-of coordinator to help them enjoy their wedding day, stress-free! This package includes support prior to the wedding. I will finalize details with your vendors and help put together your day-of timeline. Let your family and friends enjoy the day too! I will make sure everything runs smoothly – from the rehearsal to the reception. The services included in the Wedding Management Package are below:

  • Email support prior to the wedding
  • Access to With This Ring wedding planning resources (budget template, full wedding planning checklist, day-of timeline, and much more!)
  • Vendor recommendations
  • Outreach to vendors to confirm final details and timeline
  • Creation of the day-of timeline
  • Final venue walk-through
  • One meeting prior to the wedding to discuss the final details including timeline, logistics, and vendor information
  • Supervision of the rehearsal
  • Day of the wedding:
    • Management of vendor schedule – set-up and deliveries
    • Set-up of the ceremony and reception spaces
    • Moving décor from the ceremony to reception space
    • Management and implementation of the day-of timeline

Tear-Down Services

Price: $250

Allow me to assist you further by removing all your décor, centerpieces, and gifts at the end of the night. I will move your items to a designated location. Please note this does not include clean-up of the reception space.

Hourly Consulting & Planning Assistance

Price: $30 per hour

Bring all your questions to a consultation session! Hourly planning consultation sessions can be scheduled at any time and may be in person or over the phone.
